What does Sakha means and why I call myself as Sakha?

Dear friends if you must have read my personal opinions which I put here on Face Book or read my article, on my blog, you must have observed that I finish the article by mentioning, Always in your faith, Sakha The Eternal Friend. Now I would like to tell you about how and why I chose this name.
First of let me tell you what does Sakha means. Sakha means friend in Sanskrit, and if you as person would have lived your life to the fullest during some moment with some person, one thing which you will agree on is that to enjoy any relationship with any person, one needs to have a bent of friendship in it. So whatever might be the relationship you share; family, relatives , colleagues and friends, its only when you are with your friends that you really enjoy, open up without inhibitions, become natural and share deep chemistry and very personal and meaningful moments with them. Obviously you might say that you are free and very open to your father, mother, brother, husband, wife etc., but that freeness and openness has come only when one of you or both of you have agreed to be more like friends, so that the relationship stays alive and fresh. If not then the relationship is very dull, passive, and for namesake.
Hence only when, if you try to have a friendly kind of relationship with your parents, with your colleagues, with your neighbors, etc. rather than, just living by the set code of the ordained relationship, all the three entities, i.e., the relationship, the other person and your self as an individual are addressd and taken care of in a genuine way. Because in a true friendship there are no pretensions, no acts or hidden agendas that have to be fulfilled. Only true a friend can accept someone as friend as he/she is, without judging him /her on personal or any other basis.
But before going out and befriending others, you have to befriend the person within you without any regrets , conflicts and comparisons. Hence you, who truly are, mighty and infinite needs to take over and embrace the person who you think you are with all its mistakes, good, bad, evil, fears, like, moods etc. This person is very scared and anxious, and needs to be loved and accepted first than any one else, before you move on to love and accept some person outside. Once that person within you feels that there is someone who will always be faithful, loving , caring and understanding just like a true friend, as a Sakha, will that person slowly transform itself to its full potential. Once you make friends with this person, there will be a very open, clear and honest communication without any blocks or inhibitions, and this relationship of friendship within you, will be the best friendship ever, you would have had in you entire life, and will stay forever. What you need to show is total faith in your powers and faith in the person whom you befriend, without any judgment or reasoning going beyond logics. And the person within you will always be grateful to you, as a friend for helping it deserve its rightful position and potential, and when once this happens, this friend of yours will be all ready to be friends with each and everybody without expecting anything in return. And this is the real power of true friendship, accepting someone as they are, loving them unconditionally and then let the unconditional love take care of whatever needs to be done. No pushing, no complaining, no undue expectations, only love, joy and blessings from your heart. No other relationship has this kind of beautiful form and essence, since all the relationship including of people who want to be friends to fulfill their needs, are based on some expectations, judgments and approval of yourself as person.
And hence I have chosen the name Sakha, only after befriending the person within me, accepting it as it is, and letting it get transformed up to this point, where it naturally wants to pour out it’s love and joy to others without wanting anything in return. It wants all its relationships to be inclined towards and based on true and pure friendship without any mean motives to be fulfilled. It just want to see all its friends, just happy, enjoying and living the life to the fullest all moments, and nothing else!
In fact my name itself Amit in Jewish means a friend and in Hindi means, infinite/eternal, hence Sakha-The Eternal Friend. And the eternal friend is that person within you, who stays friends with you eternally..Forever!
